Shipping:
All ready-made items will ship within two business days. Made-to-order items will ship within the time frame noted in each individual listing. All domestic shipments are sent via USPS First Class Mail unless you request otherwise during a note a checkout. All North Carolina patrons will be charged the current state sales tax. All shipments are insured.
Combined Shipping: Multiple orders placed within a span of 24 hours will be packaged and shipped together unless you note otherwise at checkout. You will be issued a return for any postage overage on combined orders as soon as your package ships out.
Merchandise Returns:
I accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please note that I do not provide refunds at this time.
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if your goods arrive damaged from transit, please use the contact page of this website to let me know about the issue within one week of the item/s being received.
Private Workshop Refunds:
It is a tremendous joy and a privilege to teach. I work hard to provide students with quality workshops, and such workshops require a significant amount of advanced planning, expense, and preparation. Because of this, I require a written cancelation notice at least thirty days prior to the date of the workshop. Refunds will be administered via PayPal; kindly allow up to two weeks for returns to be credited to your account.
Should you need to cancel your workshop date after the thirty day timeframe, I will happily enroll you in another workshop of your choosing if space permits. Should you be unable to attend an alternate workshop, you will be given store credit for merchandise in the amount of the workshop you are canceling.
Please be mindful and choose your workshop dates thoughtfully- do not register if you are aware of an already existent potential conflict.

Online Course Refunds:
I take my online courses very seriously, and they will never be successful unless they make YOU successful. If you are unhappy with your course, please don't hesitate to reach out via email so that I may help you trouble shoot any problem areas. Due to the full access you will have had to all videos and downloadable materials, I do NOT offer refunds for online course purchases.
