An iteration of a ring I've revisited many times, this filigree saddle is a striking yet simple staple piece.  Layers of light and dark gather in pools of radial symmetry while contrasting textures carve a mandala path for the eye to wander.  The narrow band beneath the finger makes for comfortable wear and the patina and contrast just get richer and more lustrous with time and wear.  This is one of my favorite designs to make and is one of the few I've kept for myself!  The jewelry equivalent of perfectly broken-in blue jeans.
