All ready-made items will ship within three business days. Made-to-order items will ship within the time frame noted in each individual listing. All items ship via USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is optional but not included in the shipping rate and may be purchased from the shop at checkout. All North Carolina patrons will be charged the current state sales tax.
Due to the handmade and frequent one-of-a-kind nature of the work, all sales are final. Please make your selections carefully, and use the contact page of the website if you have any questions about an item prior to placing an order.
It is a tremendous joy and a privilege to teach. I work hard to provide students with quality workshops, and such workshops require a significant amount of advanced planning, expense, and preparation. Because of this, I require a written cancelation notice at least thirty days prior to the date of the workshop. Refunds will be administered via PayPal; kindly allow up to two weeks for returns to be credited to your account.
Should you need to cancel your workshop date after the thirty day timeframe, I will happily enroll you in another workshop of your choosing if space permits. Should you be unable to attend an alternate workshop, you will be given store credit for merchandise in the amount of the workshop you are canceling.
Please be mindful and choose your workshop dates thoughtfully- do not register if you are aware of an already existent potential conflict.
Please use the contact page of this website if you have any questions.
